They often get laborers to work for them through council duty. They are the place to go if you need to undertake a construction project which is supernatural in nature. They are mostly responsible for the construction of facilities related to the study of magic, but they also build things such as underground fighting facitlites for the werewolves. Greens sun also performs some magical research directly.
